We are a group of students from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, UNLP (National University of La Plata) working at Centro de Investigaciones Ópticas, CIOp (Optical Research Center), in La Plata, Argentina. We are devoted to promoting the different branches of Optics and Photonics in the academic and research field. We take advantage of the resources offered by SPIE, an International Society for Optical Engineering, and OSA, Optical Society of America. In this way, we receive additional career opportunities at the same time we encourage undergraduate students to continue their postgraduate studies in the field of Optics and Photonics. We really enjoy doing our work, including Lectures, Meetings, attending Conferences, and we seek to communicate this liking to the general public too. We hope this web page meets this goal!!
